Your first visit is a deeper, collaborative assessment of your symptoms, past treatment, lifestyle factors, and goals. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that may include medication, psychotherapy, and lifestyle medicine interventions tailored to your needs.

Ongoing Care &
Follow Up

Dr. Sylwia Fowler is a double board-certified adult psychiatrist and lifestyle medicine physician who blends thoughtful medication management with psychotherapy and evidence-based lifestyle intervention.

 

Her warm, collaborative approach empowers patients to take an active role in their care while building insight, resilience and lasting well-being. Her care philosophy centers on partnership, compassion and giving patients the agency to shape their own healing.
